Central Consulting & Contracting was retained as Construction Manager at risk for the construction of this new facility.

Scope of work for this project includes:

• Urgent Care Center
• Woman’s, Infant and Children’s Clinic
• Pediatric Clinic
• Woman’s Health Clinic
• Mammography and Ultrasound Screening Center
• Gym with exercise class spaces
• Commercial kitchen to be used for teaching the community healthy cooking and healthy lifestyle options

Central Consulting & Contracting has worked with Saint Barnabas team and its consultants from project inception to manage schedule, budget, constructability, logistics, MWBE goals and value engineering.
