Central Consulting & Contracting lead the Design/Build team for the development and construction of this new parking structure. The six-story pre-cast structure is 210,000 GSF and provides 605 parking spaces. The project duration was 14 months from ground breaking to occupancy.

The $18 million financing for the garage was borne from tax-free bonds through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Central worked closely with St Barnabas to obtain the necessary Environmental Assessment statement, BSA, zoning and Building Department approvals.

This project was completed on time and under budget, returning 1M in saving to the owner.

At the completion of this project St. Barnabas honored Central’s President and CEO (Richard Simone) at their annual gala.
